This is a kind of electromagnetic interferences, which exists in the communication equipment or computer operation equipment. Some sources of interference radiate through the equipment line and radio antenna. In some cases, too large amplitude (interference) may cause the interruption of radio transmission or issues of computer operate equipment, etc..
